mmmmmm..... its apple pie time! Last week, we made individual apple pies. It was so fun!
Here is the simple recipe:
Peel and cut up a small apple into bite sized pieces and place inside a mini pie crust. Add a squirt of lemon juice (to prevent browning) and a couple shakes of cinnamon sugar and enjoy!
We got lots of practice with the plastic knives.
