What Happens when...?

What Happens when you put a bar of Ivory Soap in the Microwave for 1-2 minutes?

First, I went around the classroom and let everyone check out the bar of soap.....

Then i put it in the microwave for 1-2 Minutes....... (you can see it expanding)

 We all had to come watch it in the microwave :)

 This is what came out.....kind of looks like a cloud!  It was pretty hot when it first came out, so I had to let it cool.

 I put it in a bowl and gave everyone a piece of the cloud.

And we made it snow in the classroom!  It was a huge mess, but totally worth it!

If you want to try this at home, I suggest playing with it during bath time :)
