Happy Valentines Day

We had lots of fun yesterday!  In the morning we worked on some valentine learning activities and an "I love you to pieces" craft.

After rest time we had a great time at our Valentine party!  Thanks to everyone who brought Valentines, snacks, and partied with us!  We couldn't have done it without you! 

Zingo and Costumes

Over the past couple weeks we have been playing Zingo with the kiddos.  It's kind of like picture and word bingo.  They are getting pretty good at it.  :)

Also, I forgot to post some pictures of the kids in the outfits that the Clark-Adler family donated.  The class has really enjoyed them.  Thanks again for the donation!!!

pencils, stencils, scissors and setting the table!

This week we sharpened a bunch of pencils and showed the kiddos how to use the classroom stencils. They have been working with them every day.  :)

We also learned how to set the table with Miss Nancy.  We even brought the items to our dramatic play area so the friends can have lots of practice during free play.  :)

We have been working with scissors a lot lately. I have seen real improvement in the way the friends are holding the scissors!
